- 1st preheat oven on 180 degree. grease 2 pans 10 inch and 8 inches with butter.dust flour on it.if you arw using butter paper,then avoid dusting flour.

- Prepare dry ingredients.in a large mixing bowl add flour and all dry ingredients.all ingredients are sifted.mix it well with whiskertake aside


- Take 3 eggs in another bowl.add sugar then brown sugar.beat it well to make egg mixture.

- .put sauce pan in refrigerator after 5 mins.keep it refrigerated until cakes will be ready,will be on normal temperature.


- Check from tooth peaks. Prick tooth peaks in cakes on corners and in middle, Whether cake is done or not.if mixture come out with tooth pick.it takes more time.check after 5 to 7 mins.when pick is neat. Turns off the oven after 40 mins.dont takeout pans.leave it in an oven for 5 mins.open the lid of oven.take out cakes from oven.leave it for 15 mins on room temperature


- Meanwhile beat ganache over ice until a nice peaks forms.turn cake over platter.prick tooth pick over a cake. And apply sugar syrup.it makes cakes moist and soft
- Topped with cream and add sprinkes
